If you intend to hold a press conference during the event in Friedrichshafen, we would need some information in order to best coordinate these events. We will list the times of all press conferences and provide the media attending with this information.
Please inform us as to when you would like to hold your conference so that we can make sure conferences are not held at the same time.
We ask you to note that exhibitors are responsible for organizing their own event and inviting the media. The rental of a conference rooms costs 350 EURO.
Our press department provides a full range of media services to all exhibitors attending the AERO in Friedrichshafen.
Please let us know if you are planning to launch a new product or hold a press conference at the AERO. We will also gladly reserve a press box for you at the Press Centre, as well as coordinate press conferences that are to take place during the exhibit.
