Die vollelektrische e-Sling wurde innerhalb von zwei Jahren von 20 Maschinenbau- und Elektrotechnik Studierenden im Rahmen ihres Bachelorstudiums an der ETH Zürich entwickelt. Unter dem neu gegründeten Verein namens CELLSIUS führen die Studierenden nun die Flugerprobung sowie den Flugbetrieb durch.
